Katia Sepulveda’s work focuses on questions related to sex, gender and sexuality, resistance to hyper-heteronormativity, racial politics and capitalism. Upon receiving a DAAD arts scholarship, she moved to Germany in 2004 to study at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne where she attended VALIE EXPORT’s classes.
